Tenuta Plozner is located in Barbeano di Spilimbergo, in the hearth of Friuli Grave d.o.c. The gravelly
alluvial soils and the mild climate give to Plozner unique features: mineral, with good acidity and frank bouquet.
METHOD OF TRAINING: Guyot Exposure north – south
SOIL: gravel alluvional origin
GRAPE VARIETY: Friulano 100%
HARVEST: late harvest by hand of the best grapes.
VINIFICATION: Short cold maceration for 4-6 hours. Fermentation at a controller temperature (18 °C), 30% is fermented in barriques. Aging in stainless stell vats.
SENSORIAL FEATURES: The colour is an intense straw yellow with golden shades. The bouquet is intense: orange blossom and ripe ananas. Light vanilla hint. The palate is velvety and persistent with a clear sweet almond aftertaste.
SUGGESTION SERVING : It goes well with rice and potatoes soup and barley soup.
