Tenuta Plozner is located in Barbeano di Spilimbergo, in the hearth of Friuli Grave d.o.c. The gravelly alluvial soils and the mild climate give to Plozner unique features: mineral, with good acidity and frank bouquet.

GRAPE VARIETY: Sauvignon blanc
HARVEST: late harvest by hand of the best grapes to underline the fruity traits.
VINIFICATION: Maceration before pressing, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature (16-18 °)
SENSORIAL FEATURES: Straw yellow, consistent. Bouquet: sweet tropical fruit: litchi, passion fruit . The palate is soft, full bodied, good balanced with minerality.
ABBINAMENTI: Souffles, vegetables creamed vegetables, fish with sauces.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8- 10 °C.
