HARVEST: Mechanical harvesting and pressing within 20 minutes of the harvest.
METHOD OF SPARKLING : the second fermentation is made with the Charmat method for a short time
SENSORIAL FEATURES: Fine perlage, fruity hints of pear, at palate soft and fresh
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal as an aperitif and with soft cheeses.
